Introducing children to the benefits of healthy eating. As part of the "Grow Active and Healthy" project, the Town Hall is organising a series of food education sessions for pupils in the 3rd and 4th grades.

 

During the sessions, copies of the educational book "A leap... to grow up active and healthy" will be distributed, followed by the reading of the story "João's snacks" and the playing of the game "Who wants to be healthy".

This project was created in partnership with the Agrupamento de Centros de Saúde (ACES) Oeste Sul - Unidade de Saúde Pública de Mafra (USP), as part of the Quality and Food Education and Physical Activity Promotion Plan.
