Yoga, Pilates, Powerfit and Localisation are the disciplines that residents will be able to try out in the open air during the month of August in Parque de Santa Marta (Ericeira).

It is compulsory to use a mat and wear suitable clothing.

Participation in the activity involves paying for a single lesson. The class must be purchased at the payment kiosk in Parque de Santa Marta on the same day.
