This charming villa is located in a quiet residential area, just a few metres from Ribeira D'Ilhas beach (10 minutes walk) and 4 km from the centre of Ericeira and quick accesses to Lisbon and Sintra.

On the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy and large living room with access to the garden and a spacious terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy your sunbaths.

There is also a bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower.

On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. In the mezannine (accommodates 2 people on a sofa bed) ; 1 bathroom with bathtub. The balcony that surrounds the villa, is equipped with sun loungers and a beautiful sea view.

The barbecue is furnished so as to bring the whole family together, enjoying meals al fresco with the aroma of the sea, a space where children can play outdoors and in safety.
