🌿 Coach Carla Oliva is an enthusiast dedicated to the study and understanding of human movement. She uses Pilates and massage therapy to help clients cultivate a positive relationship with their bodies and is delighted to share her 28 years of knowledge as a Physical Educator with all of you.

Originally from Brazil, she spent two decades in the United States, where she graduated in Pilates from BASI Pilates in sunny California in 2010. She has also been a licensed massage therapist in Oregon and Colorado since 2015, specialising in shiatsu and massage techniques aimed at facilitating movement and promoting well-being.

After training in Pilates, he began his journey in a physiotherapy clinic, initially seeing patients in post-rehabilitation, which gave him a comprehensive understanding from the outset. Over the years, she has had the joy of establishing four studios, including a franchise called Club Pilates on the east coast of the United States, in Pennsylvania.

With a vast technical experience and extensive knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, he currently runs an anatomy laboratory in Colorado as a digital nomad, returning a few times a year to teach medical, sports, fitness and wellness professionals.

At the moment, she is immersed in a 300-hour course in Yoga, with a focus on biomechanics, and in the enriching Franklin Method training course. These experiences aim to deepen her knowledge even further, enabling her to help not only athletes, but everyone in their daily activities.

Its aim is simple and profound: through Pilates and massage therapy, it wants to help each of you feel integrated and at peace with yourself.
